Hi, I'm Jacqueline
I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula and gentle sleep coach rooted in West Virginia. I've built Eden & Embrace around a single belief: that every family — regardless of where they live, what their birth looks like, or how their postpartum season unfolds — deserves knowledgeable, compassionate support.
I support all birth choices. Medicated, unmedicated, planned cesarean, VBAC, hospital, birth center. My job is not to have opinions about how you birth — it's to make sure you feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process.
My postpartum work is rooted in attachment science, perinatal mental health awareness, and the deep respect for how hard the fourth trimester actually is. I'm PSI-trained in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and I take postpartum mental health seriously.

Yes. Eden & Embrace supports all birth choices — unmedicated, medicated, epidural, planned cesarean, emergency cesarean, VBAC. Doula support is about honoring your choices and being present for your birth, whatever it looks like.
Is doula support available in rural West Virginia?
Yes. Virtual doula support is available for families anywhere in West Virginia. No matter how far you are from a city or a hospital, Eden & Embrace can be with you through the process.
Can I use HSA or FSA for doula services?
Yes. Birth and postpartum doula services are HSA and FSA eligible. Use your card directly at checkout — no reimbursement paperwork required for most plans.
Do you also offer newborn sleep support?
Yes. Eden & Embrace offers newborn and infant sleep consulting as a complement to birth and postpartum doula support. Many families start with postpartum doula care and transition into gentle sleep support as their baby grows.
